Commission Only Lead Generation
and Sales Programs

The Program

Virtual Sales may involve Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Telesales, as well as Inbound Call Answering and Support. SFI will first meet in person or set up a conference call to find out your specific needs and to verify if your company qualifies for this service. Sales Focus, Inc., using our proven methods, will then develop an Inside Sales Tool Kit. This tool kit is given to you for your continued use as well as for the sales team. Over the next 2-3 weeks the toolkit is developed as we recruit your sales team members.

Training will be conducted via teleconference between yourself and the Trainer/Project Manager/Team Leader. The trainer then trains the project team on the project. The project team will use the Inside Sales Tool Kit as a reference. Through proper training and monitoring, your program can be up and running successfully within 3 weeks.

What's Included

With our Virtual Sales program you gain our Inside Sales Executive Tool Kit, which includes your Sales Strategy, Personal References, Sales Process, Sales Training, Lead Generation, Client Materials, Ideal Client Profile, Client Training Manual, Reporting and Policies, and Inside Sales Executive Evaluation Forms. The Tool Kit is designed specifically for your company's needs.

You may provide your own lead list to SFI, or if you wish, a Lead List will be generated working from your Ideal Client Profile.

The fees for commission only Sales Representatives vary per project, depending on the sales process. These fees will be discussed with your Program Executive and determined prior to the program launch.

Client Reports

You can receive weekly and monthly reports, as well as have access to monitor live calls and request recordings of specific calls. You will also be able to contact the Sales Focus Program Executive with any questions or concerns.

SFI will set up a meeting for yourself and the training manager. This meeting is usually a couple of hours via telephone. As our client, you will have ample opportunity to explain to the trainer all expectations, as well as answer any questions the trainer may have. The trainer then coaches your team, monitors calls, takes escalated calls, and manages the team hands on.
