Sales Focus Inc. has developed such a methodology, which we call S.O.L.D. (Study Organize Launch Direct). S.O.L.D. is not only a process that assesses sales strengths and weaknesses, it is also a mentor program.

STUDY
SFI conducts an end-to-end assessment of your sales process throughout Discovery Review and SWOT Review. By end-to-end, we mean that we assess everything from your documentation to your customers, partners, and employees. We need to know:

LAUNCH
Need a specifically recruited, fully trained, dedicated sales force within 45 days or less? It's all well and good to assess and plan, but it's hard to follow through on implementation. Training programs, consultants, and self-help systems might get your company to the point of launching a new sales force, but then you're on your own. With the S.O.L.D. methodology, SFI will be right by your side throughout that process, just as a mentor should be. This phase of our program includes sales team recruiting and training.

DIRECT
After LAUNCH, SFI will continue to work with you to develop a positive team culture within the sales and marketing force that will enable groups of people to work closely together in achieving corporate goals.
