ernando Medeiros is a business leader with an extensive track record in improving sales performance and business growth. He has over 27 years of experience in business management, sales management, business development, mergers and acquisitions, operations management and new market development. His 23-year senior executive career includes management roles with mid size and large world-class companies such as: Warner Bros, Gehr Industries, Sperry Marine (Northrop Grumman) and Recall (Brambles).

Fernando has a depth of experience in creating fully integrated marketing and sales performance processes including: customer value research, market segmentation, customer profiling, sales management effectiveness, and program management.

Fernando is an American citizen, fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English; and holds a Bachelor of Science degree. His international business experience and breadth of knowledge regarding effective strategic business systems make him a unique and valuable business performance resource for his clients and Sales Focus Inc.
